What converts
All standard field types (text, email, textarea, phone, select, radio, checkbox, name, address, number, date, hidden), plus labels, placeholders, required settings, dropdown/radio/checkbox choices, email notifications, confirmation messages, and submit button text.
Conditional logic and file upload fields don't convert yet. If your form has them, you'll see a heads-up before you download. Those parts just need a quick manual setup after import.
