FormPorter is a client-side tool. Your form data never leaves your browser. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any form content you paste or upload into the tool.
When you make a purchase through our payment processor (Stripe), Stripe collects your payment information directly. We receive confirmation of payment but do not store your credit card details. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
If you choose to subscribe to our email list through Kit (formerly ConvertKit), we collect only your email address. This is used solely to notify you of new features, supported platforms, and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
We do not collect your form data, field configurations, notification settings, or any content you convert using FormPorter. All conversion processing happens entirely in your web browser using JavaScript. No data is sent to any server.
FormPorter uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site, including page views, which conversion paths are most popular, and whether conversions complete successfully. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors and sessions. This data is aggregated and anonymous. We do not use it to identify individual users. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Our payment processor (Stripe) and email service (Kit) may also use their own cookies when you interact with their embedded services.
FormPorter uses the following third-party services:
Google Analytics for anonymous site usage data. Stripe for payment processing. Kit (formerly ConvertKit) for email subscriptions. Netlify for website hosting. Google Fonts for typography.
Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Since we do not collect form data, there is nothing to retain or delete. Email subscribers can request removal at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us.
