FormPorter is a browser-based tool that converts form configurations between WordPress form plugins. By using FormPorter, you agree to these terms.
FormPorter processes your form data entirely within your web browser. No form data is uploaded to, processed by, or stored on our servers. The conversion is performed using client-side JavaScript.
Each purchase grants you one form conversion. You upload or paste your source form configuration, select your target platform, and receive a converted file to download or copy. FormPorter converts standard form fields including text, email, textarea, phone, select, radio, checkbox, name, address, number, date, and hidden fields, along with labels, placeholders, required status, choices, notifications, confirmations, and submit button text.
FormPorter does not currently convert conditional logic, file upload fields, image fields, payment fields, or custom/advanced field types specific to individual plugins. If your form contains these elements, the tool will display a warning before you complete the conversion. Standard fields will still convert correctly.
FormPorter makes a best effort to produce accurate conversions between supported platforms. However, form plugin export formats vary and may change over time. We recommend reviewing your converted form after importing it into your target plugin to confirm all fields and settings transferred correctly.
Because FormPorter delivers a digital product immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents the tool from functioning, contact us at support@formporter.com and we will work with you to resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.
FormPorter currently supports Ninja Forms, Gravity Forms, WPForms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, and Contact Form 7. Additional platforms may be added in the future.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to export and convert your form data. FormPorter is a conversion tool and does not grant any license to use any form plugin software.
FormPorter is provided as-is. Stephens Consulting Ltd. is not liable for any data loss, business interruption, or damages resulting from the use of this tool. Always maintain backups of your original form configurations before performing any migration.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of FormPorter after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
